Soil texture:Morainic, medium-textured, loose, good drainage, grassy

Canopy management:Defoliation, leaf thinning and hand- harvesting
Vinification:Traditional red wine vinification, 12-day maceration, fermentation with selected yeasts, maturation and fining carried out in stainless steel tanks.
