One of the DOC grape varietals originating from the Garda area, vinified in our winery obtaining excellent results.

Grape blend:90% Marzemino, 10% Sangiovese
Exposure:South/East - Alt. 190 m. above sea level
Soil texture:Morainic, medium-textured, loose, good drainage, grassy
Yield per hectare:8.5 tons
Density:4,300 vines/hectare
Cultivation:Gujot
Canopy management:Defoliation, leaf thinning and hand-harvesting
Vinification:Traditional red wine vinification, 10 day- maceration, fermentation with selected yeasts, maturation and fining in stainless steel tanks.
