Grape blend:70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot blanc
Exposure:South/East -Alt.190 m.above sea level
Soil texture:Morainic, medium-textured, loose, good drainage, grassy
Yield per hectare:9 tons
Density:4,300 vines/hectare
Canopy management:Defoliation, leaf thinning and hand- harvesting
Vinification:Soft pneumatic pressing, static must decantation, controlled-temperature fermentation with selected yeasts, refermentation using the long Charmat method.
