The excellence of the Averoldi winery, originates from the vineyard of one of the sixteen Sedescoi hills. A barrel-aged meditation wine, in order to savour a moment of exclusive well-being.

Soil texture:Morainic, medium-textured, loose, good drainage, grassy

Canopy management:Defoliation, leaf thinning and hand-harvesting
Vinification:Traditional red wine vinification, 15-day maceration, fermentation with selected yeasts, maturation and fining in French oak barrique barrels for 36 months. Bottled after four years.
