Soil texture:Morainic, medium-textured, loose, good drainage, grassy
Yield per hectare:7.5 tons

Canopy management:Defoliation and leaf thinning
Vinification:Maceration, fermentation with selected yeasts, maturation and fining in French oak barrique barrels for at least 24 months. Bottled 3 years after harvesting.
