Soil texture:Morainic, medium-textured, loose, good drainage, grassy
Yield per hectare:7 tons
Density:4,000 vines/hectare Gujot
Cultivation:Defoliation, leaf thinning and hand- harvesting with a strict selection process
Canopy management:Left 90 days to dry on wooden trays
Vinification:2-day pre-fermentation maceration and low temperature fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in Allier oak barrique barrels.
